Day 1: Arrive In Colombo – City Visit In The Afternoon

Arrival to Colombo International Airport and meet Golden Lanka Travels guide at the airport arrival lobby. Collect all the language and get Transfer to Colombo, City tour of Colombo. In the afternoon, do a city tour of Colombo. Colombo is the commercial and business center of Sri Lanka located on west cost. The city blends together with old colonial type building, high-rise commercial buildings and hotels. It is filled with shopping malls. Some of the finest structures built during the colonial times still preserved in one part of the City. For example, there is a 100- year-old clock tower. And the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) which was a gift to Sri Lanka from the People's Republic of China.

Day 2: Colombo – Pinnawala - Sigiriya - Dambulla

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today get ready toTransfer from Colombo to Pinnawala. Those who want to see the tamed and semi wiled elephants in close proximity the best place is the “Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage”. It is located northwest of Kegalle town along the Colombo ~ Kandy main road. The orphanage is in a twenty five acre coconut land near Maha Oya. The wide area of shallow water and the huge rocks of Maha Oya make the ideal place to these magnificent animals. This facility was established in year 1975 as a conservation breading center for Elephants by Sri Lanka Wildlife department. It was started with a heard of five baby Elephants. In year 1978 it was taken over by the National Zoological Gardens of Sri Lanka. Pinnawala Elephant orphanage is treated as one of the largest breading center in the world. Then Transfer from Pinnawala to Sigiriya. Climb the citadel of Sigiriya which was built in 5th century. Sigiriya is treated as one of the most remarkable creations in the world, built by King Kashyapa (477- 495 AD). Path through the gardens along Stone stairways come to the Lion Gate. Only the rock carving and the brick structure is evident today of the lions mouth through which millions of people have walked to admire he beauty of this magnificent citadel.

Day 3: Dambulla - Polonnaruwa

Breakfast at the Hotel, Get ready to get Transfer from Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa. Explore Polonnaruwa by Cycle. Visit Polonnaruwa the second capital of Sri Lanka from 1017 A.D to 1235 A.D. Polonnaruwa is also a UNESCO world heritage city. You will be able to see the ruins of Royal Palace king Parakramabahu, Audience Hall, the statue of king Parakramabahu, Watadage, the Galpotha, Parakrama Samudraya (Sea of Parakrama) which was built by King Parakramabahu I, covers an area of 5940 acres and the elegant Lotus pond was built in 12th century. There are also famous monument of worship such as the Gal Viharaya which has 4 magnificent carved Buddha statures, Kiri Vehera (the remains of a former Temple of the Tooth Relic) and Shiva Temple. After that Enjoy Elephant Back Safari. Ride on an Elephant Back crossing through rivers & beautiful jungles. After that back to the hotel

Day 4: Dambulla - Kaludiya Pokuna

Breakfast at Hotel. Now today Explore Expeditions - Kaludiya Pokuna. A must see site in the ancient cultural triangle area. Name has been given due to the unusual darkness the water body holds giving it a complete dark look. Head to the top of Mandalay Hill to enjoy magnificent views of the city and Irrawaddy River. After that Transfer from Kaludiya Pokuna to Dambulla. Dambulla Rock temple was built by King Walagambahu during the 1st Century B.C. The major attraction of Dambulla is the largest and best preserved cave temple complex which covers an area about 2,100 m2. Dambulla is a UENESCO world heritage site. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding and the paintings are done on the ceiling. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues 3 statues of Srilankan kings and 4 statues of god and goddess.

Day 5: Dambulla - Matale - Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel, Transfer from Dambulla to Matale. Visit Spice Garden- Visit a spice garden in Matale to see different spices for which Sri Lanka is famous for. Clients will be able to see different spices and how some of these spices are grown and processed. Witness Cookery demonstrations as well. Spice Garden visit with cookery demonstrations. It includes a collection of ancient temples buildings, handicrafts, souvenirs, bazaar and gem museum and the temple of tooth relic which houses the most sacred Buddhist relic in the world, the Tooth of Lord Buddha. Visit the Kandy town and bazaar, the arts and crafts centre, a gem museum and a lapidary.

Day 6: Kandy - Ramboda - Nuwara Eliya

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we’ll explore the best and amazing sites . Transfer to Kandy to Ramboda Visit the Famous Ramboda Falls - Ramboda is a breathtaking natural beauty. There are two prominent waterfalls next to each other. Clients could take pictures & enjoy the view from a view deck.. overnight at Mandalay. After that Transfer to Nuwara Eliya Nuwara Eliya is located at the heart of the hill country 6182 feet above from the sea level. The town is situated at 74 km away along Kandy-Nuwara Eliya road and this was rediscovered by British in 1827. It is still very much like an old English town with styled Bungalows and buildings. The cool calm climate, gorges rolling tea plantation which makes the best “Ceylon tea” and the breathtaking beautiful waterfalls makes Nuwara Eliya one of the most beautiful town in the world. Nuwara Eliya also has one of the finest 18 hole golf courses in South Asia. You can visit the Golf Club, Strawberry Farms & pick some strawberries. You can take a nice evening walk around the Gregory Lake. Visit the beautiful club house & Have a hot & nice cup of Ceylon Tea Do a peddling boat ride. After that Transfer to Seetha Amman Temple. A temple for Lord Rama, Seetha Devi, Luxshmana and Hanuman built on the sides of the stream where Seetha Devi bathed. This is considered a prime location in the Ramayana Trail. Worshiped by many thousands of Hindu Devotees around the globe.

Day 7: Nuwara Eliya / Adams Peak

Breakfast at the hotel, today get transfer to Adams Check-in to Wathsala Inn at Adams Peak & rest till late night. The mountain is located in the southern reaches of the Central Highlands. It is revered as a holy site by Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims and Christians. It has specific qualities that cause it to stand out and be noticed; including its dominant and outstanding profile, and the boulder at the peak that contains an indentation resembling a footprint. Start climbing around 01.30 hrs.Reach the peak by early morning. Wait till the amazing sunrise in the morning. Climb down the peak.

Day 8: Adams Peak – Yala

Breakfast at the hotel, you will transferred to Yala from Adams Peak. Yala - Yala National Park is the second largest national park in Sri Lanka and Is the most visit The Park consists of 05 blocks. Only two are now open For the public. Enjoy Safari at Yala Park. Do a jeep safari at Yala National Park, Stated about 309 km from Colombo Yala National Park is treated as one of the most premier tourist destination of Sri Lanka. The park is very popular for Jeep Safaris among local and foreign tourists Park is home to elephants, spotted deer, barking deer, sloth bear, Wild buffalo, and wild boar. More than 120 species of birds are living in the park.

Day 9: Yala - Galle - Bentota

Breakfast at the hotel, Transfer to Weligama. View the Fishing Hunts - Still Fishing – Weligama Still fishing is one of the most iconic scenes in Sri Lanka. It is a very unique traditional way of fishing for Sri Lankan fishing community. The fisherman spends hours sitting on a thin plank waiting for a good catch.

After that Transfer from Weligama to Galle- Galle was a main port of Sri Lanka from 14th century. The first fort of Galle was built by Portuguese. Walk along the walls of the fort enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean and do not forget to watch the sun set which gives you an astonishing view from the walls of the Galle fort. After that Transfer from Weligama to Bentota. Proceed to Bentota. A Sri Lankan coastal city famous for golden beaches, Bentota is situated on the southern coastal tip of the Galle District of the Southern Province. The town is a popular tourist attraction and also a favorite destination for watersports. It is especially famous among the foreign tourists. The name comes from a mythical story which dates back to kings time saying a demon called Bam ruled this river

Day 10: Bentota – Balapitiya - Excursion In Madu River

Breakfast at the hotel, drive to the Heho Airport for the flight to Yangon and upon arrival, The Madu Ganga River is a shallow water body in south-west Sri Lanka, which enters the sea at Balapitiya. Together with the smaller Randombe Lake, to which it is connected by two narrow channels, it forms the Madu Ganga wetland. Its estuary and the many mangrove islets on it constitute a complex coastal wetland ecosystem. In has high ecological, biological and aesthetic significance. It might be one of the last remaining tracts of vpristine mangrove forests in Sri Lanka. The inhabitants of its islets produce peeled cinnamon and cinnamon oil. Evening at Leisure or water sports activities.
